When you order an item that is marked as "order item", it may take up to a maximum of four weeks (unless otherwise specified) before you receive your delivery. The majority of our deliveries are delivered earlier, we ship most orders already after a few days.
The fact that it may take some time is partly due to the fact that working with ceramics has several elements that we have to take into account, the clay is a material that cannot be speeded up.
From order to delivery
When we receive your order for a made-to-order item, the product is prepared for several steps. Turning, drying, warp firing, glazing, decoration, signing, firing and a final drying.
Here, it plays a role in what goes into our ovens, as different products have to be burned at different temperatures. After that, your product is checked and made ready for delivery.
We use durable materials that protect the ceramics during delivery. We will send a beautiful postcard with your order.
