The pine branch
- "We want to remove the elements that create the rigid feeling, such as a white canvas. Bring out the pure wood and highlight what is connected to the garden.
This is actually how our coaster with the pine branch came about, it has been the starting point when we added more products in the collaboration with Paradisverkstaden," says Christofer Johansson CEO of Hotell Borgholm
The gastronomic seriousness
The Öland landscape is unique with its calcareous soils and flourishing meadows, and that's exactly where Hotell Borgholm gets its inspiration.
- From our own herb garden come the scents and flavors that mark our entire culinary art.
- It's about the connection to the place we are in and the seriousness of what we want to convey. Inspiration that is taken from the Öland landscape is what we want the guest to experience, explains Christofer.
